I changed the name of this quilt to 'My Red Scooter'.
Sometimes quilts have names before they are even finished, some of them are difficult to name.
This one was a hard one for some reason.
It was fun to make though.
I love the white fabric for the back with the little blue birds.
And, of course - a stripe-y binding. :)
Next up, another Chevron quilt. A girl can never have enough Chevron Quilts.
I am linking this up to Lily's Quilts. She is hosting an awesome Small Blog Meet linky party. What a fun idea! Go check it out...her blog is awesome. And take a look at her Union Jack quilt. O.my.goodness. Beautiful.
I recently bought a pattern to start Union Jack's and I am a wee bit nervous, I am not going to lie. But, it's on my 'to tackle list'. ;)

I love the colors in this! I feel like pink and red should always go together. :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, a Union Jack quilt sounds amazing!
Thank you Audrey! I agree, pink and red are perfect companions, with a little bit of turquoise thrown in. I tend to do a lot of quilts in that color range. Haha.
